All about the teacher

I am Gabriel Wolff (a.k.a. Señor Lobo), teacher for the Los Chicos group. Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, I arrived in Santa Cruz as an adolescent with my family in the mid 1970's. Since then, I attended local schools including UCSC, where I earned a degree in Biology. I have travelled in Mexico and back to Argentina. I’ve maintained close ties to the various cultural traditions which compose my ancestry, while attempting to incorporate an awareness of evolving global stories. My immediate family now resides in the City of Santa Cruz with our three children, ages ten, fifteen and seventeen. They make up the fifth consecutive generation, fluently bilingual in the Spanish and English languages. Besides teaching Spanish and English to my own children, I gained valuable experience teaching mixed age classes in the Independent Study Program at Pacific Elementary School in Davenport. I welcome, as a privilege, the opportunity to engage and challenge your children in a positive learning environment geared toward their individual abilities and interests.
